Essmann’s Backstube is a family-run artisan bakery founded in 1845, with almost 800 employees in 67 branches in Münsterland and the Ruhr area. Due to the decentralized organization, many forms were used and the processes were controlled using manual checklists and protocols.
ncc guttermann first identified the process flows to be digitized and then transformed all paper-based logistics and customer processes into apps using SOTI Snap. Over 70 different business processes in the areas of order, branch and personnel management as well as internal communication were digitized and automated. This includes work instructions, hygiene regulations, ordering promotional items, viewing the stock book and employee communication.
